Mailing & Shipping Information
We generally ship by UPS or FedEx. However, book-only orders may be shipped via US Postal Service. PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, and Alaska addresses will be shipped by First Class Priority Mail. Rush Orders
We suggest ordering early to avoid rush charges, but if it's just one of those times when it is unavoidable, permit us to help. Please allow 1 additional day for processing. Our apologies, but rush service is not available for APO/FPO addresses.
2-day rush
For the first item needing a 2-day rush surcharge, $20 must be added to our standard shipping rates. If the rush order has more than one item, $10 must be added for each item.
Next-day rush
For the first item needing a next-day rush surcharge, $40 must be added to our standard shipping rates. If the rush order has more than one item, $20 must be added for each item.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Let us know right away if there is a problem. If you wish to exchange or refund an item, please call us at 1-888-700-1998 for guidance. Refunds will be for the product purchase price only. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges.
